Teach to the Brain begins its seasonal training with the Summer Leadership Institute in Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA. The event takes place live on June 20, 2024 at the beautiful conference center located at the famous Garden of the Gods Trading Post.
Three additional days of leadership planning and training takes place on-line July 18, July 25, and Aug 1, 2024. The most effective leadership is brain responsive. It motivates, engages and empowers.
What is brain responsive? Brain responsive is a research based, multidisciplinary framework to the question of how our brain learns and responds most effectively. How does an individual reach top achievement? We must investigate and implement the best action strategies which lead learners to motivate and engage so an individual's top potential is reached.
Why? Brain responsive leadership creates self-directed, self-reliant, doers and dreamers! Action creates results. Brain responsive results create growth and achievement. Growth and achievement create happiness and contentment, especially with those that you lead.
